The Greek city of Thessaloniki and UK’s capital of London are the most preferred destination for rich Bulgarian property investors, real estate agents said.
Bulgarians purchased vacation property and second homes in Greece. They invested in luxurious property in prestigious districts in London, Dnevnik daily said.
Cyprus, Dubai, Spain and Portugal are also among the attractive for Bulgarians property destinations.
Bulgarians preferred property of 2000 to 3000 sq m, located at beaches and worth from 250 000 to 600 000 euro, Dnevnik said.
Purchase of property abroad was still less popular in Bulgaria, but the situation is expected to change after three international real estate companies, RE/MAX, Century 21 and ERA, enter Bulgaria’s market. The three companies offer a joint database of properties abroad.
Bulgarians were also interested in renting villas on French Riviera, real estate agents said. |
