Prime Property BG REIT invests 64 mln euro in the construction of the first business park in Plovdiv, reported by the company. Business park will include advanced 4-5 storied buildings with offices and commercial areas, underground parking, restaurants, supermarkets. The land on which the park will be built, is 48 682 kv. m. razganatata a built-up area - 110 000 kv. m. Currently produced preliminary draft, which provides functional buildings under construction which will be taken into account the specific requirements of future tenants. It is expected that many companies, most of them foreign, to be made on the first business park in Plovdiv, which will open new jobs. It is the final completion and putting into operation of the project to be in 2011 Expectations of Prime Property BG is the return on investment to be around 30%. An important prerequisite for the successful development of the first business park in Plovdiv is the choice of a suitable location. Business park will be located in Thrace region - one of the largest districts of Plovdiv. Another condition for the successful development of the park are the academic traditions of the city. Universities will provide the large number of qualified personnel necessary for companies that will hire business areas in the park. So far, Plovdiv has industrial parks and smaller business complexes, which include residential areas. The first business park in Plovdiv, along the lines of business parks in Sofia and Varna, will meet the needs of companies who are looking for premises for administrative purposes. According to Executive Director of Prime Property BG - Borislav Stoyanov, is building a similar type of complexes and other major cities in the country.
